From scoping to go-live.
ERP work is the highest-risk software you'll ever ship. We use a phased model that catches issues before they become migrations.
We map every business process, every data source, every system that needs to integrate. Output: a fixed scope and clear cost model.
Custom modules, integrations, and configurations — built in two-week sprints with bi-weekly stakeholder demos.
Historical data cleansing and migration, parallel running, user acceptance testing with full transaction coverage.
Phased cutover (often by entity or department), training, and 60-day post-go-live hyper-care.
How to choose an ERP that won't haunt you
The ERP you pick will outlive your CEO. It will shape how every department works, what data you have access to, and what kind of decisions you can make for the next 8–15 years. Getting it wrong is one of the most expensive mistakes a business can make.
The choice is rarely about features. Every modern ERP — Odoo, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Zoho One, ERPNext, NetSuite — covers 90% of the same ground. The real differentiators are:
Where the customisation happens
Odoo and ERPNext are open-source: you can change anything, which is liberating until it becomes a maintenance burden. SAP and Dynamics push you toward "extensions" rather than core modifications, which protects upgrades but constrains creativity. Zoho is the most rigid but the easiest to administer. Pick based on how custom your business actually is — most businesses overestimate this.
How well it speaks UAE
UAE-specific requirements (VAT, WPS, MOHRE, PINT-AE e-invoicing, Arabic invoicing, multi-emirate structures, Free Zone vs Mainland entity handling) are not afterthoughts. They're week-one work. Odoo and SAP have mature UAE localisations; Dynamics and NetSuite have decent ones; ERPNext is improving rapidly. Zoho's UAE handling is functional but minimal.
What it costs at scale
List prices are deceptive. SAP and NetSuite have per-user pricing that grows steeply. Odoo Enterprise is per-user but moderate. ERPNext is free, but implementation costs more. Dynamics is competitive but lock-ins to Microsoft. Five-year TCO calculations almost always change the answer versus year-one cost.
The engineers we work with have implemented ERPs across UAE retail chains, logistics operators, contractors, real estate developers, and clinics. They've done both successful go-lives and post-mortem rescues, which means they know what predicts failure: missing data, untrained users, customisations that should have been process changes, integrations built last instead of first.
If you're at the start of an ERP selection, the best gift you can give yourself is two weeks of process mapping before you even shortlist vendors. We can help with that, too.
